Subsidiaries

Presently we have set up seven subsidiary companies.  They are in Beijing,Qinghuangdao,Ningbo, Qingdao, Tianjin,Fangchenggang .

Trans Pacific Shipping Ltd. operates Sino-Global Shipping Agency Ltd. (previously Sino-Global Shipping Consulting Ltd.), our Chinese shipping agency (Sino-China), by contract.

Sino-Global Shipping Agency Ltd., one of our major branch is located in Chinese capital city Beijing. Sino-Global established this division to develop Chinese market and provide better service to our clients.

The other five subsidiaries, located in Ningbo, Qingdao,Qinhuangdao, Tianjin, and Fangchenggang, are our most popular ports for our principles.  These five subsidiaries serve as local agents attending vessels on the spot while operations is located in Beijing.

In order to fulfill the increasing demand of our principals we are expanding our branches.  We have preferential agency agreements with local agencies at the ports where we do not have direct representation.
